Job Description:
- Oversee post-sales activities Cybersecurity products.
- Participate in project implementations
- Provide on-site implementation services, including testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Offer technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and address customer queries by troubleshooting and consulting existing knowledgebase articles and known issues.
- Be available for 24x7 maintenance support calls on a routine standby basis.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT, particularly in network support and administration.
- Knowledge and experience in networking, including routing and switching technologies.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Willing to work diligently and eager to learn about new technologies.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
