Provide maintenance and support for Customers Enterprise Cybersecurity Services
Perform daily health check of cybersecurity applications and appliances
Develop test cases and conduct proof of concept tests on new software and hardware prior to patching
Work closely with Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager to fulfil project deliverables and operational request
Establish TAC cases with the principal vendor for complex problem until its resolved
Requirements:
Required to have minimum 3 - 5 years of hands-on network / cybersecurity technical support experience
Experience working with any of the following: Fortinet Firewalls, Check Point Firewalls, Palo Alto Firewalls, RSA SecurID, Trellix ePO, Rapid 7, Waterfall
CCNA certified is a must
Preferably with CCNP/CCIE, Fortinet / Checkpoint / Palo Alto certification,
Experience with Security networking in implementation, maintenance support and patching
Fast-paced environment
