We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to collaborate with business teams on the enhancement, validation, and implementation of Machine Learning (ML) models. The role also involves designing and maintaining an intuitive, user-friendly data visualization dashboard to support critical business decisions and model performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a dynamic dashboard enabling stakeholders to assess ML model performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Detect model performance deterioration and trigger retraining.
- Identify and remove variables misaligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate the inclusion of newly created variables in models. Compare retrained models to current models for replacement decisions.
- Enhance existing model code to streamline the addition or removal of variables.
- Collaborate with business teams to align ML model functionalities with objectives.
- Implement error-handling mechanisms to provide informative and actionable error messages on the dashboard's user interface.
- Perform data cleaning, wrangling, visualization, and analysis to derive insights that support business operations.
- Develop interactive reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in data cleaning, wrangling, visualization, and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Python 3 and development tools like VS Code.
- Experience in MLOps and version control systems like Git is desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with various Machine Learning models and their operational requirements.
- Exposure to working in a Linux environment.
