Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support business decision-making.
• MicroStrategy Development: Create, update, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in MicroStrategy.
• Data Quality and Validation: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and data validation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights aligned with business needs.
• Support: Provide first-line support for MicroStrategy-related queries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users through functionalities.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of data processes, analytics, and any adjustments made in MicroStrategy dashboards.
