Data Analyst

Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled Data Analyst to become an integral part of our team, focusing on the development of data-driven solutions aimed at enriching our customer relationship management (CRM) strategy to drive performance.

• Analyze and interpret large and complex datasets to develop data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data science solutions to improve our CRM systems and processes.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Communicate complex analytical insights and solutions to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Build partnership with strategy team to showcase to refine campaign strategy and efficiencies
• Be the key PIC for insights generation for the assigned market cluster
• Timely delivery of analysis as per aligned timelines

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analysis experience
• Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Proficient in SQL & GCP strong knowledge of Python
• Experience in strategy and CRM is a plus
• Familiarity with SAP Hybris or Adobe Campaign is a strong advantage
• Ability to translate customer and performance data into actionable CRM insights
