Key Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Insights: Prepare and maintain comprehensive monthly and ad-hoc management reports to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- Data Support & Analysis: Provide critical data insights and support during key meetings or ad-hoc requests, ensuring timely and actionable recommendations.
- Champion Digital Transformation: Play an active role in implementing projects focused on digital transformation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Sales & Performance Analysis: Ensure accurate and timely submission of gross sales turnover reports, accompanied by in-depth analysis of rental revenue, sales performance, and occupancy costs.
- Lease Compliance & Audit: Conduct annual audit checks on leases and tenants, oversee arrears management, and manage all tenant-related lease administration functions.
- Database Accuracy & Monitoring: Maintain and update lease data in the system, ensuring accuracy and reliability while tracking the status of lease documents and agreements.
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of data analytics experiences preferably in the real estate, hospitality or banking industry.
- Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau and Excel
- Experience working with SAP system will be an added advantage
- Meticulous, organized, and self-driven, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
