- Responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of multiple data centers to meet IDC operational requirements.
- Conduct daily inspections of servers, switches, power environments, etc., to maintain a good operating environment in the data center and provide feedback data.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot server equipment in the data center, including hardware installation, maintenance, and fault handling.
- Responsible for data center equipment migration and server system installation and configuration, such as Windows/Linux systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting CentOS and other Unix-like systems, identify and resolve faults, and provide timely feedback on issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data center network equipment and switch failures, such as switch replacements and link failures.
- Promptly respond, provide feedback, and follow up on troubleshooting for daily issues and emergency incidents.
- Responsible for adjusting and arranging the physical links in the data center, such as fiber optics, Ethernet cables, and power cables.
- Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, replacement, and repairs of all servers and spare parts in the data center.
- Provide various daily reports on time and be available for alternating day and night shifts.
- Support spare part inbond and outbond in Warehouse
Job Requirement:
1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Security, or equivalent
2. Proficient in Chinese and English to liaise with clients from China
3. 8 years of IT experience
