Key Responsibilities
- Accurately document all equipment deliveries and removals.
- Conduct routine audits to ensure inventory integrity and compliance.
- Use equipment such as pallet jacks to facilitate safe item movement.
- Work within a ticketing system to manage tasks and assignments effectively.
- Execute the secure destruction of data-storing devices, including hard drives and SSDs.
- Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.
- Prioritize and resolve tickets, escalate issues, and handle blockers to sustain inventory operations in line with service agreements.
- Be prepared to work outside standard business hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least one year of experience in IT Support or Systems Monitoring (fresh graduates with a proactive attitude are encouraged to apply).
- Minimum six months of experience in Inventory Control, Logistics, or Warehouse Management.
- Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting and working at heights, with or without equipment assistance.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Motivation to grow and learn new technical skills.
