- We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as Data Coordinator
Incoras Strategic Bid Team manages the companys most strategic and complex proposals from our customer base in the Defense and Aerospace industries. The teams purpose is to: prepare and respond to the opportunity pipeline; build win strategies, manage and lead the creation and production of winning submissions; and drive win rate improvements, best practice and governance.
Provide reports and analysis that are timely, comprehensive, accurate and meet requirements
Report KPIs to ensure that the business has accurate and timely data upon which to base decisions
Support bid activity by running data extracts, analysing and providing data summaries
Supporting the sourcing team with quote uploads into Incora systems
Ensure all databases utilized by the bid team are kept up to date and hold the relevant and correct information.
Participate in improvement activities at department/company level to enhance business performance.
Work directly with internal/external customers on a regular basis, providing timely, appropriate, and accurate responses to inquiries and requests
Monitor and track internal bid due dates and other bid requirements
Maintain files for proposals, awards, contracts, contract amendments and other related documents
Coordinate information as needed with sales, purchasing, quality, and other appropriate departments
Fresh graduate in data analysis field or equivalent experience
Knowledge of MS office, especially Excel
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Analytical skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Previous database experience - nice to have
Previous experience with aerospace industry will be an asset but is not required
