Data Engineer - Mandarin Speaking

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with expertise in Python, PySpark, and SQL to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong programming background and experience in the financial industry. Proficiency in SAS programming and the ability to speak Chinese are considered mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
. Programming and ETL:
o Develop and maintain Python, PySpark, and SQL codes to support various tasks and activities.
o Perform code reviews and discovery.
o Conduct ETL processes to create data pipelines.
o Perform data quality checks and prepare data marts for business applications such as Tableau Control Tower and Campaigns.
. Data Reconciliation:
o Conduct sophisticated data reconciliation to identify data issues.
o Support investigation processes to resolve data discrepancies.
. Data Visualization:
o Develop visualizations for business problem-solving and control tower purposes using Tableau.
Qualifications:
. Strong logical thinking and programming skills.
. Excellent communication skills.
. Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
. Proficiency in SAS programming is a plus
