Roles & ResponsibilitiesAdmin Assistant roles and Responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations in the Company.
· Answer all enquiries via social media, phone call
· Entering of Data Entry, preparation and generation of cost and manpower report
· Liaising with respective government agencies
· Assist with Management on any ad-hoc duties
. Working hours: Monday to Saturday (
- 30am to 5.30pm) with Alternate Saturday off
- Job Requirement:
- Minimum GCE O Levels with working experience
- Experience in data entry would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised, self-driven, resourceful, fast learner
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $1,600.00 - $1,800.00 per month
