Education required: Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in MBA discipline with a focus in consulting and project management.
Other requirements: Must be enrolled at a Singapore based university for the duration of your program(me)
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English

What will you do
Work as a bridge between EM Data Governance team and local markets
Lead as-is and gap study on ways of working for data governance
Deliver actional proposal of data governance to support local markets
Share and propose best practices of data governance with local and extended teams
Support EM Data Governance Council meeting revie
What will you learn
You will gain in-depth and cross-sectional insights into the GSK Data function and various tools
You will work with multiple market leaders to ensure data accuracy and governance
Your work will add real value on actual ways of working in GSK in regard to data governance and usage
What are we looking for
A lively interest in data, the commercial world and the biopharma industry
Previous experiences in data governance or consulting
Knowledge in data management and operation
Appetite to work as a business partner, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
Adaptability to change and working under pressure
Excellent communication skills that help you influence
Strong problem-solving skills driven by curiosity
Great project management skills and the ability to priorities
