Role Overview:
As the Data & Insights Lead, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and leading our research roadmap and evergreen insights initiatives. Your role is critical in deepening our understanding of audience engagement, needs, and behaviors through quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Additionally, you will contribute to enhancing the company's data, insights, and infrastructure capabilities over time, exploring new methodologies and technologies.
What You Can Expect To Work On:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive research roadmap to gain insights into audience preferences, behaviors, and trends.
- Lead evergreen insights initiatives to continuously deepen our understanding of audience engagement and needs.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to gather and analyze data, providing insight-backed guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into strategic decision-making processes.
- Contribute to improving the company's data infrastructure, methodologies, and technologies for enhanced data management and analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, data analytics tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in data and insights capabilities.
- Present findings and insights to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to inform business strategies and initiatives.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, market research, or related roles.
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, data visualisation, and statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, SQL) and data management platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for leveraging data-driven insights to drive business decisions.
- Previous experience in gaming or entertainment a must.
