Our healthcare client is seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations at their Contact Centre, ensuring service standards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and positive experiences.

Job Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights: Perform in-depth analyses of contact center operations using Power BI and Python, focusing on service performance, workload patterns, and customer demand to generate actionable insights.
KPI Reporting: Develop visual reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
Process Optimization: Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and service standards.
System Integration: Support the deployment and integration of analytical tools and IT systems, aligning data collection with organizational goals.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop data-informed strategies, optimized workflows, and SOPs that strengthen contact center operations.
Customer Experience Enhancement: Lead quality initiatives and projects, using analytics to drive enhancements that improve the customer experience.
Operational Oversight: Provide support for day-to-day contact center activities when needed, including acting as a point of escalation and ensuring adherence to service standards and policies.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Previous experience in contact centre analytics, healthcare, or operations, with demonstrated ability in data analysis and reporting will be advantageous
Strong proficiency in Power BI, Python, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Training will be provided for candidate without prior experience
