About the job
This role supports the Regulatory Compliance team, with a focus on data protection, and requires close collaboration with senior management and other business units. The key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance with PDPA by monitoring data policies, identifying risks, and managing privacy documentation.
• Conducting audits, addressing data protection issues, and managing data breach incidents.
• Serving as a contact for data privacy queries, promoting compliance culture, and providing regulatory advice and training.
• Developing compliance programs and addressing any non-compliance areas.

Skills and experience required

• At least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, particularly in data protection.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present complex ideas.
• Possess strong understanding of insurance regulations.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, adaptable, and strategic thinker able to work with minimal supervision.
