We're seeking an exceptional Data Science Manager to spearhead our clients Data initiatives. As a key leader, you'll drive business growth, improve model efficiency, and unlock data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of data scientists, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Develop and execute data science strategies to drive business outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems and opportunities for data science solutions
- Design and implement data science projects, including data wrangling, modeling, and visualization
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our data science capabilities
- Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the data science team
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in data science leadership roles
- Strong technical skills in programming languages (e.g., Python, R), data modeling, and machine learning algorithms
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact data science projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive business growth through data science
Nice to Have:
