Model Development And Analysis
- Dive into real-world data to design and develop machine learning models for credit scoring, risk assessment, fraud detection, and more
- Support the calibration of model parameters and the optimisation of business logic
- Ensure models provide meaningful, actionable insights that help drive key business decisions
Data Exploration And Insights
- Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improving existing models, scorecards, and processes
- Collaborate with the team to create automated reports and dashboards that track how models are performing and provide valuable insights to stakeholders
Model Infrastructure And Automation
- Maintain and improve the infrastructure supporting the development, deployment, and production lifecycle of machine learning models
- Participate in automating workflows for tasks like model training, validation, and monitoring
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in data science or related fields.
- Proven experience as a model developer in machine learning and statistical analysis projects
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python and SQL
- Interest and experience in fintech and credit modelling is a bonus

- Great communication skills, both for discussing technical solutions and presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders
