Our client is one of the world prominent organisation in manufacturing industry with yearly revenue in billion USD. Now, it is now looking to hire an experienced Data Scientist (Optimization/OR) for its regional Data headquarter in Singapore.
Requirements:
- PhD or Master's degree holder in the relevant field with minimum of 2 years of experience in PHD research or work experience with Decision Science, Operation Research, Math Programming and optimization.
- Individual with Bachelor's degree and at least 5-year of relevant experience (ie in the areas of Decision Science, Operation Research, Math Programming and optimization) will be considered.
- Domain knowledge in research & development, supply chain, operation planning and/or manufacturing.
- Hands-on modelling/coding experience using relevant tools/libraries for Math formulation and/or Optimization
- Proficiency in programming language (e.g. Python, Java, R) and database programming (e.g. SQL)
- Self-motivated, proactive, independent learner, and willing to share knowledge with broader data analytics team to build learning R&D culture.
- Prior work experience in supporting and liaising with peers and supporting business stakeholders in North Asia market especially China.
- You MUST BEbased in Singapore currently and has relevant work experience in Singapore.
