Minimum Requirement:

The Vendor shall ensure, through daily inspection, that the general cleanliness and tidiness of the

data centre are maintained by the Customer-appointed Supplier.

The DC Operator shall possess

minimally the following skill sets:

(a) Three (3) years of working experience in Data Centre Engineer Operations experience

(b) Certified Data Centre Facilities Operations Manager (CDFOM) or equivalent and

(c) ITIL v4 Foundation Certification or equivalent
