Conduct risk assessment and management of clients portfolios, ensuring timely resolution of margin call status and managing clients margin requirements while monitoring risk exposure.
Provide trade support services to clients, including monitoring portfolios, advising on margin calls and facilities, managing trading limits, and resolving trade issues.
Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, providing exceptional service and support within the designated timeframe.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve trade-related issues.
Apply the companys best execution policy to ensure fair execution of trades.
Ensure compliance with departmental procedures and practices in accordance with market regulations.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in dealing, preferably within the securities industry.
Preferably with pass in CMFAS modules 1A, 2A, 5 and 6A.
Familiarity with financial products and services, including securities and options, is advantageous.
Well-developed business negotiation skills and the ability to articulate thoughts clearly.
Ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform well under pressure.
Willingness to work night shifts and public holidays; shift allowance will be provided.
