The Operational Restructuring team within Singapore's Deals Advisory Practice, solve important problems that stand in the way of sustainable value creation, business recovery and growth. We offer restructuring situational skills with functional expertise (rapid value delivery, business planning, cost reduction, cash and change management) and industry experience to our clients. As the largest Deals Practice in Singapore, we provide faster growth, stronger capabilities, a competitive edge across the entire deal continuum, from strategy formulation, ops restructuring, deal origination, transaction support and finance raising, to post deal integration and exit.

We are expanding our team to support the increasing demand from our clients across a broad range of sectors to transform their operations. As well as working with a wide range of clients, you will also have the opportunity to work with leading practitioners across the Deals, Strategy& and Consulting practice within the Firm.



AsaSeniorAssociateintheteam,youwillbeworkingwithclientsonabreadthofoperational restructuring assignments, including cost reduction, cash and working capital management,focusedonidentifyingandimplementingsustainableperformanceimprovements.



You will work with our team to assist in a range of assignments including:

• Develop,planand implement turnaround, operational improvementand cost reduction projects
  

• Performworkingcapitalanalysisandprocessreviews;
  

• Develop financialbaselineandforecastreviews
  

• Strategicplanningwithbusinesscaseandscenario modelling
  

• Establishing programmemanagement officesandsupporting operations;
  

• Helpclientmanagement todevelopandimplementaturnaroundplantomaintainstakeholdersupport
  

• Assistinthepreparationofpresentationsand/orreportsforkeystakeholders
  
  

• 3-5 years of experience of operating on cost reduction or transformation programmes in a range of sectors
  

• Experience in reputable consulting firm will be a plus
  

• A formal financial qualification is highly desirable but not essential(CPA, CFA, ICEAW or equivalent)
  

• Soundanalyticalskills(financialandnon-financial),includingstronguseofMicrosoftExcel;
  

• Reportwritingskills,includinguseofMicrosoftPowerPoint;
  

• Solidinterpersonalskillsandcomfortablecommunicatingatdifferentlevels;
  

• Excellent verbal and written English;
  

• Willingnesstolearnaboutandparticipateinmarketingandbusinessdevelopment;
  

• Acommitmenttocontinuedpersonaldevelopment;
  

• Proven project and time management skills;
  

• Abilityto work to tight deadlines in rapidly movingworking environments;
