As a Defence Client Success Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) clients. Your objective will be to ensure the client achieves maximum value and return on their investment in Esri GIS.
You will ensure this business value by drawing on Esri Singapore's best practices, innovations, and capabilities to support and enable the client's business objectives.
Partnering with Defence stakeholders, you will develop and execute business strategies and programs that support their GIS goals, thereby adding value to the partnership with Esri Singapore.
About You
We are looking for an experienced business professional, a results-oriented CSM with a strategic mindset and experience working in the Defence or National Security sector.
Your deep understanding of commercial dynamics and Client Success Management enables you to influence stakeholders and consistently exceed client expectations.
