As a Defence Client Success Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) clients. Your objective will be to ensure the client achieves maximum value and return on their investment in Esri GIS.

You will ensure this business value by drawing on Esri Singapore's best practices, innovations, and capabilities to support and enable the client's business objectives.

Partnering with Defence stakeholders, you will develop and execute business strategies and programs that support their GIS goals, thereby adding value to the partnership with Esri Singapore.

• Drive Client Success: Develop and execute strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and growth throughout the entire client lifecycle.
• Champion Innovation: Leverage Esri's best practices and technologies to deliver innovative solutions that address client needs.
• Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
• Enhance Client Relationships: Assist sales in building stronger connections with existing and potential clients.

About You

We are looking for an experienced business professional, a results-oriented CSM with a strategic mindset and experience working in the Defence or National Security sector.

Your deep understanding of commercial dynamics and Client Success Management enables you to influence stakeholders and consistently exceed client expectations.

Meeting the following criteria will position you for success:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, coupled with a minimum 10 years experience in a similar client facing or appropriately relevant role, in operating/servicing/managing an account or client.
• 3 - 5 years experience in a Defence or National Security role, or appropriate experience working with such agencies.
• Strong understanding of GIS technology and its applications
• Independent self-starter with an ability to analyse business and technical outcomes of large and complex clients and apply spatial technology and solution to achieve those outcomes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, you are capable to promote transformational change
• Proven ability to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client experiences

Bonus points if you also bring along:

• Leadership and management experience
• Program management skills
• ITIL certification
