Delivery Assistant

Job description

• Delivery assistants travel with van drivers delivering a wide range of goods.
• They help the driver to load and unload goods from the lorry/van.
• Need to be careful loading and unloading all packages.
• Checking on the delivery order when doing delivery to customers/retail shops.
• Accepting and recording payment for delivered packages.
• They are usually responsible for receiving and sending goods to and from the warehouse.
• Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and communication skills are required to be effective.
• Other ad-hoc jobs assigned by Supervisor.
