The Role:
As a Delivery Consultant at Barrington James, you will be an essential part of our recruitment team, supporting both clients and candidates in finding the perfect fit. This is an entry-level role with ample opportunities for growth and development in the dynamic world of Life Sciences recruitment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist in Developing Recruiting Strategies: Collaborate with the recruitment team to create effective strategies for attracting top talent within the Life Sciences sector.
- Source Potential Candidates: Use a variety of channels to identify and engage highly qualified candidates with the scientific and technical expertise our clients need.
- Screen Resumes & Applications: Review candidate profiles to identify the best fits for each role, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System: Ensure up-to-date records of candidates and applications, providing support to the recruitment team as needed.
- Provide Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks to help the recruitment process run smoothly.
