Reporting into: Operations Associate Manager

Responsibilities: Delivery Driver

• Plans and completes an efficient delivery and pick up route for the day.
• Loads delivery vehicle with Fresh Goods scheduled for delivery.
• Make deliveries to correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary.
• Maintains basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made.
• Ensures that delivery vehicle receives basic service according to maintenance schedule reports larger service needs and mechanical issues to supervisor.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and reporting on the servicing schedule of the lorry
• Complying with all safety and traffic regulations during delivery
• Ability to take care of fresh goods during transit and ensure zero damage.
• Friendly and courteous towards customers.
• Demonstrate punctuality in deliveries.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Require Class 3 or Class 4 driving license (Salary will vary based on this)

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to drive safely.
• Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS,smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps.
• Ability to plan delivery routes.
• Ability to maintain basic logs and records.
• Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision.
• Able to always remain professional and courteous.
• Able to communicate in Simple English.

Education and Experience:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Holds a valid Class 3 license, Class 4 is an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year experience in goods delivery and familiarise with route.
• Driving 12 ft chiller truck

Physical Requirements:

. Must be able to lift up to 25kg regularly.

. 5.5 days with Alternate Sunday half day delivery if required.

. Must be able to load and unload packages with and without trolley in various types of weather
