As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team with a reliable, efficient, and customer-focused Delivery Driver to ensure timely and safe delivery of our products.
Job Summary:
The Delivery Driver will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of laminate products to our customers. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients. The successful candidate will ensure that all deliveries are completed on time, in good condition, and in accordance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery Operations: Transport laminate products to various customer locations in a safe and timely manner, ensuring that delivery schedules are met.
- Loading/Unloading: Assist with the loading and unloading of products, ensuring items are properly secured and protected during transport.
- Customer Service: Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service during deliveries. Address customer inquiries or concerns politely and professionally.
- Documentation: Ensure accurate completion of delivery documentation (e.g., delivery logs, invoices, and receipts). Obtain required signatures and return all paperwork to the office in a timely manner.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any maintenance or repair needs to management promptly.
- Compliance: Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment and legal compliance.
- Product Handling: Handle laminate products with care to avoid damage during loading, transport, and unloading.
- Route Planning: Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries while minimizing delays or detours.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 30 kg) and assist with loading and unloading products.
- Class 3 with minimum 1 year of delivery/driving experiences.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.
- Knowledge of local roadways and the ability to navigate via GPS or maps.
- 5.5 day work week.
- Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm), Saturday (8:30am - 1pm)
