We are seeking a skilled Technology Delivery Lead to oversee and drive the delivery of large-scale, complex technology projects. This role requires a deep understanding of delivery frameworks and expertise in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will work closely with stakeholders to mitigate risks and manage scope, playing a critical role in the project's profitability and success. Additionally, you'll contribute to our growth by supporting sales with innovative, efficient delivery solutions and maintaining high standards of service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring they meet quality and budget targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and achieve cost efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with sponsors and stakeholders to effectively manage project scope and identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Act as a subject matter expert, guiding the team on best practices, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Take ownership of team decisions and drive performance, fostering a collaborative environment across multiple teams.
- Identify and provide solutions that support various teams and enhance project outcomes.
- Support sales initiatives by offering innovative, high-quality delivery solutions.
Required Skills and Expertise:
- Advanced proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP), and Service Delivery principles.
- Strong background in Delivery Excellence and Technology Architecture Implementation.
- Experience delivering Cloudsense platform is a must. Telco industry background is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex technology projects, ensuring quality service and optimizing costs.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and experience providing solutions across multi-functional teams.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on team collaboration and decision-making.
