Job description:

Demand Planning & Analysis

- Develop weekly / monthly PSI analysis report and communicate with Sales & Marketing to review sales and inventory status.

- Use of PSI management system (GSCP, GDMI) to analyze sales forecast and shipment plan.

KPI Management

- Monitor SFA/Channel PSI Coverage rate/Inventory management (DIO & aging inventory) and analyze troubled area by model to improve KPI.

- Publish weekly PSI KPI report to share the result and analysis.

Coordinate S&OP meeting

- Provide statistical Sell out and channel stocks analysis and

- Discuss action log for pending issue with all stake holders during the meeting

Update and analyze channel PSI (Sell out analysis) and review overall forecasting

-Managing EOL/NPI products

-Be aware of PRM and keep track of EOL / NPI sales & inventory status.

Inventory Management

- Monitor and check long term inventory and DIO regular basis to optimize inventory level

Shipment Plan and monitoring shipment

- Monitor shipment plan and shortage for respective product in order to reduce supply issue and optimize inventory level

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or Logistics.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in, Inventory planning, Order management.
• Excellent analytical/problem solving skills.
• Good interpersonal/communication attitude.
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
• A fast learner and a team player, who is able to work under pressure.
