We are seeking a talented Demi / Commis Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to producing consistent and high-quality products for our customers.
This role involves working according to the standards set by the Company and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen.
Produce consistent and high-quality products as per Company standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the entire kitchen.
Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all Company rules and regulations.- Ensure a safe working environment in the kitchen to prevent unnecessary accidents.
Follow and understand standard recipes through personal involvement.
- Ensure proper grooming and dressing according to hygiene standards.
Conduct timely follow-ups on all tasks and responsibilities
Candidate must possess at least 1 to 2 years relevant experience in fine dining;- With Western Cuisine preparation experience will add advantage;
Must have completed Basic Food Hygiene course;
- Possess a strong sense of initiative;
Manage and maintain sanitation and hygiene standards;- Willing to learn and adapt to various line positions with locations;
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
