Welcoming patients
Assist the dentist during procedures
Prepare examination rooms for appointments by sterilizing instruments and preparing all necessary equipment
Reception duties including making phone calls, scheduling patient appointments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills for maintaining digital records
Fluent in English and preferably Mandarin
At least 1 year experience preferred
Base salary $2000-3000, depending on experience
Incentives and bonuses throughout the year

Shift work, 44 hours per week
9:30 am-6:30pm/1:30 pm-9:30 pm/9:30 am-9:30pm
Off on public holidays
