Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists by providing necessary supplies and instruments.
- Prepare treatment rooms with required equipment and supplies.
- Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and treatment areas.
- Maintain patient records.
- Welcome patients and assist them during their visit.
- Manage phone calls, messages, and email inquiries.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide customer service.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
- Collect and process payments accurately.
- Maintain clinic cleanliness.
Minimum Qualification Level:
Certificates or qualifications equivalent to Secondary education
Working hours at Orchard Branch (5.5 day's work week):
Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 1pm
