JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customers needs and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle and resolve our patients enquiries and/or feedback in a professional and tactful manner, including answering of phone calls.- Main tasks include receiving patients at Reception counter/lounge, assist with Patient Registration, Billing/Payment and other administrative front-desk tasks.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare or similar capacity.
- Possess strong communication skills, patient and genuinely excited to help customers.
Able to multi-task, problem-solve and manage time efficiently.
5 working days with 2 off days!- 40 working hours per week.
