Department Leader/ Manager (Card Games)
- Salary range: S$ 4,000 to 5,000
- Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 10am to 5pm - 6pm(flexible) 7.5 hours/day
- Working location: City Hall
Job Description
- Oversee the marketing and development of Trading Card Game (TCG) brands
- Manage and motivate team members, ensuring that members work to their fullest potential and deliver their assigned tasks with highest proficiency
- Motivate and inspire team members, fostering a sense of collaboration and accountability
- Set the team goals within the overall company's goals and objectives
- Cooperate with the team members to plan and execute on the brand strategies to achieve its the desired goals
- Manage team's budget
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive projects forward
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in any field
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management position
- Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
- Open to Travel overseas for business trips when required
- Knowledge in trading card games
