Preparing the important reports to Beijing HQ, including annual operations review, performance appraisal reports etc.
Liaise with Beijing HQ effectively, take charge of processing of incoming correspondences, distribution, follow-up and response.
To identify the benchmark companies from industry, and carry out consistent monitoring and learn from their successful management experience and competitive advantages.
Develop and maintain relationship with clients and stakeholders.
Develop goals for the team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, forecasting and maintaining short and long-term business development plans.
Assisting in due diligence reviews for prospective new property acquisition.
To assist the Department Head to develop the framework for the corporate management system and coordinate across all the Functional Departments to standardize company's rules & regulations.
Gathering and analyzing the data based on the company's performance appraisal policies for Managements, Subsidiaries and Functional Departments.
Conduct market research and systematically collect and summarize the construction market information for the Management to make decisions.
Attend conferences, meetings and industry events.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Min Master's Degree in Economics, Construction Management, Business Administrations or any related fields
Good command of both English and Chinese is a must, with excellent proficiency in written Chinese (In order to liaise with the Chinese speaking associates)
