Main Job Responsibilities
- Independently plan, organize, and manage deployments for multiple customers.
- Assess/evaluate client needs through weekly calls and daily email correspondence.
- Ability to manage client requirements and expectations.
- Partner with Operations Success Manager to ensure business continuity.
- Engage with appropriate teams internally to execute deployment and other projects as assigned.
- Ensureclient satisfaction through follow-up, responsiveness,and thorough communication.
- Maintain, organize, and understand detailed and complex onboarding steps and checklists.
- Provide current and accurate information to relationship owner or project manager relative to project progress or lack thereof.
- Resolve issues and communicate these issues to the appropriate parties.
- Verify the system is fully operational and being used as intended.
- Troubleshoot gaps and develop mitigation plans for any deficiencies or defects found in launched capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Responsible for maintaining product knowledge, implementing new client sites and understanding/explaining technical solutions.
- Work with in region and international teams to resolve client issues.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar rolebachelor's degree is a prerequisite; business management and administration is preferred other bachelor's degrees will be considered.
- FinTech and Payment industry experience preferred.
- Project Management experience preferred.
- Ability to aid clients with timely completion of tasks.
- Ability to document and communicate requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshooting abilities and problem-solving under the pressure of deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Superior communications skills.
- Must be highly organized meticulous with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with MS Office product suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiar with using Web meeting software.
- First-rate phone/email etiquette, spelling, and grammar.
- Able to work independently.
- Flexibility to travel up to 5%.
