Deputy Architectural Manager

Job Description

• Assist in reviewing, updating, coordinating and generating all architectural works, shop drawings as and when required
• Assist with coordinating and liaising with all Architectural services with other trades on site
• Provide support and arrange for necessary inspections as and when required
• Assist in the deployment and storage of Architectural materials, plant and equipment at the site
• Contract administration of Architectural subcontracts

Job Requirements

• Degree in Building/Architecture
• Relevant working experience on construction projects
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup
• Good technical detailing , specification knowledge and aesthetic sensibilities
• Local building regulation knowledge, submission and tender drawing experience
