Job Description

  • Work closely with Centre Directors to manage the daily operations of a premium student care centre
  • Ensure overall safety and wellbeing of the children
  • Liaise with Centre directors, Parents and school with regards to students and Centre matters
  • Mentor, lead and motivate staff in their work
  • Ensure that programmes and activities are carried out smoothly
  • Plan for manpower and logistics
  • Handle parent enquiries and provide regular updates to parents regarding their children's well-being and academic matters
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of applications, withdrawals
  • Maintain updated records of students profile and finance matters
  • Classroom management, including assisting in classrooms whenever necessary
