Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-quality applications.
- Translate UI/UX designs from Figma into responsive and functional React interfaces.
- Drive prototyping and logic design to ensure robust application workflows.
- Ensure smooth end-to-end deployment of applications, including CI/CD pipeline setup and release management.
- Mentor and guide a team of developers while ensuring SDLC best practices.
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to align development with business goals.
Requirements:
(A) Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in React, Axios, PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases, and Tailwind CSS.
- Hands-on experience with deployment processes, including Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma for creating seamless user interfaces.
- Strong skills in logic design, ensuring clean, maintainable, and scalable codebases.
(B) Professional Experience:
- At least 3-5 years or equivalent as a senior developer in a startup or similar agile environment.
- Proven expertise in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments.
