Deputy Manager, Finance & Accounting

Responsibilities

• Prepare the annual budget and monitor budgets throughout the year
• Prepare monthly updates on both Branch's and departments KPI progress
• Prepare monthly/ quarterly financial analysis on revenue and expenses & commentary for Branch level and by business segments
• Prepare quarterly financial forecasts for the Branch
• Prepare monthly Head Office reports to meet Head Office requirements
• Draft Head Office reports in Business Mandarin, and support any projects assigned by Head Office
• Leave cover for other team members
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Head of Finance & Accounting

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor of Accounting degree or
• Professional Accounting Qualifications (CPA, ACCA, Chartered Accountant)
• Minimum 3 years experiences in Management Reporting
• Prior work experience in banks is required
• Prefer work experience in Chinese companies
• Must be proficient in Business Mandarin (both spoken & written) to liaise with Mandarin speaking Head Office colleagues
• Takes initiative in work
• Mature with good communication skills
• Meticulous and able to work independently
