You will be involved in a diverse range of activities to support the Polytechnic's Strategic Workforce Planning framework and play a part in the design and implementation of capability development interventions and programmes.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner key stakeholders to support staff capability development through projects such as strategic workforce planning, competency framework development and implementation; design, develop and implement capability development plan to support RP's strategic priorities.
- Review and evaluate relevance and effectiveness of staff capability development related policies and guidelines.
- Participate in business process reviews to develop user-centric systems that support staff capability development needs.
- Support in preparing management reports and analytics dashboard to support staff capability development related decision making
- Oversee administration matters, address staff queries and ensure the smooth operation of processes.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources or Business Management, or its related fields.
- At least eight years of relevant work experience in Strategic Workforce Planning and/or Learning and Development, with familiarity in progressive learning and development practices and trends.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, project management, presentation and writing skills.
- A team player who is able to work independently, adapt in complex and ambiguous situations and comfortable with taking a hands-on approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digitally-savvy to learn new digitalisation tools.
- Some experience with Workday HCM, SAP HR, Robotics Process Automation, Chatbots and Macro programming will be advantageous.
