Design Coordinator

Job Description:

As a Design Coordinator, you will manage and oversee various design projects from conception through to completion. Your role involves liaising between clients, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate design project timelines and schedules.
• Facilitate communication between clients, designers, and vendors.
• Review and manage project budgets and resource allocations.
• Prepare and present project proposals and progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to design briefs, standards, and client requirements.
• Assist with the selection of materials and design elements.

Qualifications:

• Education: GCE N Level and above.
• Nationality: Singapore Citizen and PR, Malaysian may apply
• minimum of 2 years in related field is required.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Sketchup, Autocad)

Remuneration:

• Monthly salary: $3,000 - $5,000 depending on experience and performance.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
