EV-Electric (EVe) Charging Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore (LTA), which coordinates the national effort to undertake the electrical infrastructure upgrades and deployment of electric vehicles charging points (EVCPs) primarily in Singapore's residential carparks.
As a Design Manager, Infrastructure, you will manage electrical-related and other site matters in the overall EV electrical infrastructure upgrade development as well as support various operational functions in EV charger deployment.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
. Design development of EV electrical infrastructure. Develop tender specifications and requirements for electrical infrastructure upgrade.
. Review the EV electrical infrastructure upgrade proposals. Provide specialist advice on potential electrical-related issues in the infrastructure upgrade proposal and recommend solutions to optimize upgrade projects on cost and time
. Conduct regular checks on various sites to ensure upgrade works are executed properly
. Support ad hoc building assessments. Provide assessment of potential costs to upgrade electrical infrastructure to support EV charger deployment
Requirements:
. Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant working experience and at least 2 years of experience in the Design of Electrical Infrastructure.
. Mentally sharp and a strong acumen to identify potential and occurring site issues and recommend solutions to the team
. Ability to build and maintain a positive relationship with various stakeholders.
. Strong electrical engineering background with at least 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably including involvement in upgrading electrical infrastructure (e.g. substations)
. Good command of both written and spoken English language. Knowledge of spoken Mandarin is an advantage
. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office software
