Designer

Job Description:

. Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects

. To work on architectural and interior design proposals and presentations

. Prepare tender and construction documentation

. Involve in site measurement, layout plan & selection of material used

. Prepare design concept sketches, space planning, design development, elevation and detail drawings

. Responsible for the production of interior design drawing as well as 3D drawings

. Ability to meet deadline of multiple projects

. Project management

. Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires

. Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs

. Progressive reporting to director on clients issues

Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant

Requirements:

. min 3 years of experience

. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

. Able to work independently & hardworking

. Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines

. Proficient in 3D Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop and other design-related software

. Able to produce a good hand sketch is an advantage
