Key Responsibilities:
- Create attractive and functional designs and layouts for various projects, ensuring design concepts align with client needs and project objectives.
- Work on architectural and interior design proposals and presentations, communicating ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare tender and construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Participate in site measurements, layout planning, and selection of materials used in design implementations.
- Develop design concept sketches, space planning layouts, design development, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Use industry-standard software to produce high-quality visual representations of designs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in 3D Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other design-related software.
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
- Ability to generate detailed drawings and design plans based on client requirements and site conditions.
- Experience in site visits and collaboration with other team members to ensure design feasibility.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting design ideas clearly and effectively.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
