Job Summary:As a Deskside Engineer, you will be responsible for providing 2nd level helpdesk and onsite support to users and VIPs, ensuring seamless operation of desktops, notebooks, mobile devices, peripherals, video conferencing, and audio-conferencing equipment. You will be tasked with updating software patches and delivering prompt and efficient IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and Desk-side Break Fix support to end user devices in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by location. This role requires excellent technical skills, general IT knowledge.
