Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic, repair and dismantle of laptops, smart phones and desktop.
Replacing laptop's keyboard, batteries, LED screen etc.- Handling online sales order, upselling of products and services to the customers.
Attend and follow up on customer queries.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Chinese language to attend to customers from China.
1-2 years of working experience in a computer repair shop.- Retail working hours 10am - 8pm with 1 day off / week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,- 00 - $2,700.00 per month

- Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate (Preferred)
Experience:
- computer repair shop working: 1 year (Preferred)
* dismantle laptop, change keyboard and LED screen: 1 year (Preferred)
