We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer who is proactive, able to communicate and have a sense of ownership of tasks assigned.
This position involves roaming and attending to sites across Singapore.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
Managing on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
.Diagnosing errors or technical problems
and determining proper solutions.Documenting processes and producing timely service reports.
Knowledge:
Windows OS, Mac OS, Linux Systems, Server Administration, Hardware Replacement, Customer Service, ITSM
Duties:
- 9am - 6pm standby for tickets (email/phone), to respond and to investigate resolving the issue. After which, investigate a permanent solution to it and report to management while ensuring professionalism.
- Assist in IT infrastructure-related projects (e.g., technology upgrades, new hardware and software deployments, e-learning, user training) as needed.
- Respond on site should there need to be any physical work done.
- Take accountability of clients request and report back to management.
- Liase with client to understand the requirements of projects and plan out design/deployment plan and report back to management.
- Any other activities that are not listed can be assigned and engineer should take responsibility for it.
- Those with own vehicle will be highly considered.

Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,000.00 per month
