Desktop Support Executive | 5.5 Days ALT Saturdays | Central $3,500

Location: Central

Job Description

1. Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
2. Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks.
3. Perform system administration tasks (software installation, configuration, software patching, system monitoring, performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery drills).
4. Support service issues and requests which includes attending to emergency technical maintenance after working hours.
5. Provide technical documentation of standard operational procedure and technical guides.
6. Participate in providing new technology training to staff.
7. Perform Shift Duties.

Requirements

1. At least 4 years of relevant experience.
2. Minimum Diploma in IT & Relevant Disciplines.
3. Experience in Ubuntu, Redhat, Lotus Notes, Cyberark administration, VMWare ESXi, Oracle is an added advantage.
4. Required to work shift duties, either Shift A or Shift B.

Shift allowance will be payable for this position.

Shift Duties

Shift A

Monday - Friday: 8.45am to 5pm (inclusive of 1 hour lunch break)

Saturday: Not working

Shift B

Monday - Friday: 1pm to 9pm (inclusive of 1 hour dinner break)

Saturday: 9am to 4pm or upon conclusion of batch run (inclusive of 1 hour lunch break)
