ITES/BPO/Call Center

Job Description

A leading global investment firm is seeking a highly experienced Desktop Support to join their technology team in Singapore. This role involves monitoring and resolving technical issues across a global platform used from front to back office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage the helpdesk ticketing system and prioritize issues.
  • Troubleshoot a variety of technical problems, including remote access and telephony.
  • Collaborate with team members and vendors for complex solutions.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding and maintain IT documentation.
  • Provide after-hours support for 24/7 coverage.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in helpdesk or IT support roles.
  • Financial services experience, especially in asset management or hedge funds, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and common applications.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
