- Tekong Camp: Basic: Up to S$2400
Allowance: S$100
Mobile: S$20
- SAFTI Camp (West): Basic: Up to S$2600
Contract: 2 years (Renewable) - No Bond
Eligibility: Locals only
Security Clearance: G50 clearance (approximately 6 months process)
Scope of Services:
- Perform asset management for infrastructure and computing devices.
- Provide computer support services, including troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing, and maintenance for supported software and hardware.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors.
- Conduct training, coaching, and orientation for users on how to use computing devices.
- Complete assigned tasks on time and ensure user satisfaction.
- Handle helpdesk duties as needed.
- Assist the Team Leader with Windows Server patching and report extraction duties.
Requirements:
- Recognized Nitec/Diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in an IT-related role.
- Technical skills and experience supporting computing devices (Windows, iOS, and Android platforms).
- Ability to work independently and without supervision.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive and initiative-driven.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Customer service-oriented.
